1 General Terms

These terms and conditions (hereinafter "Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 399be platform and its users. By accessing 399be through the website, mobile version, or any other channel, or by creating an account, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

Although these Terms are written in Bengali, in the event of any conflict with the English version, the English version shall prevail. Please read these Terms in full before accessing the platform.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To create and use an account on the 399be platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. This platform is for users aged 21+ only.
• You must provide accurate personal information obtained through lawful means.
• Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• If a previously banned account is associated with the device or IP address used for registration, a new account cannot be created.
• Registration is not permitted from any country or region where online gaming is prohibited by law.

3 Account Management

The security of your 399be account is entirely your responsibility. Follow the guidelines below to keep your account secure:

• Keep your password strong and change it regularly.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.
• A valid and active mobile number and email address are required for each account.
• Identity verification may be required to make changes to account details.

399be will not be held responsible for any unauthorized activity on your account if it results from your own negligence or sharing of credentials.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 399be are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Our supported payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and Bank Transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit, unless a different method has been approved.
• For both deposits and withdrawals, the account must be registered in the user's own name.
• Using a third party's account for deposits or withdrawals is strictly prohibited.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

399be offers various types of bonuses and promotions. By accepting a bonus, the associated terms and conditions apply automatically.

Welcome Bonus: New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,200.

Wagering requirement to withdraw bonus winnings: the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times (on the bonus amount only, not deposit + bonus). Example: if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must place ৳12,000 in bets before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• After receiving a bonus, the wagering requirement must be completed within the specified time frame.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated through wagering are withdrawable.
• If specific games are listed in the promotion's terms, bets placed on other games will not count toward wagering, or will count at a reduced rate.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 399be reserves the right to investigate and cancel the bonus.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on 399be are operated fairly and transparently. The platform offers cricket betting, slot games, live casino, Aviator, rummy, and other games.

• Each game has its own rules. Please read those rules before starting a game.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical issue, a decision will be made based on the system log.
• Loss of internet connection will not change the outcome of a game.
• If a match or event in sports betting is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Exploiting any bug or error in the game provider's software is prohibited, and any winnings obtained as a result will be voided.

7 Prohibited Conduct

399be users are not permitted to engage in any of the following activities:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false identity or someone else's identity.
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack, crack, or gain unauthorized access to the system.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to operate games or betting.
• Exploiting bonuses or manipulating the system to gain an artificial advantage.
• Colluding with other users to influence the outcome of a game.
• Attempting to reverse-analyze or reverse-engineer any platform software or system.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or hateful behavior.

8 Intellectual Property

The 399be website, its logo, design, content, software, and all game materials are protected by the intellectual property rights of their respective owners.

• Reproducing, distributing, or modifying any content from the platform without permission is prohibited.
• The software and content of game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, etc.) are subject to their own intellectual property rights.
• Written approval is required to use the 399be brand name and trademark for advertising or promotional purposes.

9 Limitation of Liability

399be will not be liable for any losses in the following circumstances:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or third-party network issues.
• Losses caused by issues with the user's own device or software.
• Force majeure situations (natural disasters, government directives, pandemics, etc.).
• Issues caused by a third-party game provider's system.
• Losses resulting from the user's own negligence or breach of these Terms.

In all cases, 399be's maximum liability will be limited to the balance available in the user's account at the time of the relevant incident.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

399be places great importance on the privacy of users' personal information. All data is protected by SSL encryption.

• Details on the collection, use, and protection of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.
• A KYC (Know Your Customer) process is followed for account verification and financial security.
• Personal information is not shared with third parties, except to fulfil legal obligations.

11 Responsible Gaming

13 Account Closure & Suspension

399be may suspend or permanently close a user's account in the following circumstances:

• In case of a violation of these terms.
• If fraud or forgery is suspected.
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
• In cases of suspicious money laundering activity.
• On the order of a court or government authority.

Users may also contact the support team at any time to request account closure. Any valid balance will be returned within the specified time, however bonus funds will not be refunded.

14 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, please contact our support team first. We try to resolve most issues quickly and amicably.

• A formal complaint must be submitted within 30 days of the date the complaint is raised.
• In disputes regarding game results, the game provider's server logs will be considered as final evidence.
• In payment-related disputes, the records of the relevant payment gateway will take precedence.
• During a dispute, the funds associated with the account may be temporarily held.

If a resolution is not reached through the support team, both parties will attempt to settle the matter through negotiation.
